We had our attic insulation updated and increased. The team arrived and was ready to go at the appointment time. Tommy and Harry did their set up, plastic sheeting over furniture in the bedroom where the attic hatch is located, drop cloths on the floor wherever they needed to walk. They explained everything that was happening, were efficient and as quiet as was possible. After the job they showed us before and after pictures of the job, cleaned and vacuumed everything and took everything with them. Late on Thursday evening noticed my heat pump Green light blinking It wasn't defrosting Calling yeti I got a repair spot scheduled a week away !
Karen in the Charlottetown office had helped me previously when I was getting the pump installed ! I called her to ask her advice . She very patiently walked me thru a hard reset and the method to check for error codes !
I am not the least technical . After 30 minutes I restarted the electrical breaker and the unit . All is well !

We recently purchased 4 heat pump units for our rental units Adam Robinson made the whole process seamless. The team applied for any applicable rebates directly and took all the guess work out of it for us! We are extremely pleased with the customer service - especially Karen from the Charlottetown location she was amazing with follow up and constant communication so we knew the process every step of the way!
