“Late on Thursday evening noticed my heat pump Green light blinking It wasn't defrosting Calling yeti I got a repair spot scheduled a week away !
Karen in the Charlottetown office had helped me previously when I was getting the pump installed ! I called her to ask her advice . She very patiently walked me thru a hard reset and the method to check for error codes !
I am not the least technical . After 30 minutes I restarted the electrical breaker and the unit . All is well !
