Based on the reviews, the York VA Clinic is the best VA clinic. The staff, from the nurse who checked people in to those who did blood work, are in a great mood and genuinely want to help. They treat people with more respect than the general public and will wear a mask. The clinic has great nurses and doctors who listen to concerns and address them. The staff are spectacular and incredibly patient. The location is outstanding vs what it used to be before it was remodeled. The expansion and remodeling made it outstanding. During a medical emergency in the parking lot, the staff showed incredible professionalism, like a choreographed dance, with everyone calm and knowing what to do.
Hands down the best VA clinic I have been to ! I just moved here and just went through my first visit , everyone from the nurse who checked me in , to those who got my blood work done was in a great mood, and seemed to genuinely want to help !
I was at the clinic for lab work and someone had a medical emergency in the parking lot. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism I witnessed. It was like watching a choreographed dance. Everyone knew what they needed to do and everyone was calm. The staff who were there this morning deserve to be recognized for the job they did. Well done!
They treat you with wsy more respect than the general public. Not just because I'm a veteran, but because my daughter gets very ill when she gets covid. Unlike the general public, they will wear a mask and not give you a hard time.
