Dr James office( primary care) is constantly making mistakes and almost every other time I have been there over the past year, they did not have my sublocaid shot even in the office and I would have to reschedule, i have yo drive over 3 hours to get there and pay toll fees that amount to 120 dollars to get there and back, and thats not even including the gas i have to pay for, not to mention the doctor hasn't actually been in the office when I was there, a single time in over 6 months. I am fed up with this place. They could at least call me early in the morning at the very latest before I leave to travel that far to let me know that after a whole entire month, my shot...read full review
The staff here, the new(er) staff at least, is amazing here. I had issues with the original receptionist but since she was replaced with who they have now things go super smooth for me everytime. The only issue I ever have is getting ahold of them before weekslends sometimes. There's been a few times where I had an issue with my medications not being sent on Friday and then being medless all weekend, but aside from that, which hasn't happened in a long time, it's great
