This place was amazing! They were so helpful and Knowledgeable! Very detailed and I feel set up for success in my first pair of progressive glasses. They were so patient and walked me through what to expect. Also the fitting was perfect!

I had an outstanding experience at Wayne Optical in York. Shannon went above and beyond to help me when I had a critical situation right before a trip and urgently needed glasses so I could see. He stayed on top of every detail and made sure everything was handled so my glasses were ready in time.
In the past I’ve gone to Walmart Optical, and they’ve been fine. But the level of personal attention and service at Wayne Optical is on another level. Shannon really knows his stuff and took the time to help me choose frames when I literally couldn’t see well enough to do it myself. His suggestions were spot-on.
