My husband and I have been coming to My Eye Dr's for years and never felt such a need to leave a review until we came to this location on White Street. Karen at the front desk greeted us both everytime with such kindness and made us feel instantly welcomed like she knew us already. From there, all the staff was friendly, informative with almost no wait and quick appointments for us both. Would absolutely recommend for anyone using self pay or insurance!

For my recent appointment, Karen and Victoria assisted with checking me in and getting me prepared to see Dr. Smith. I appreciated that I was in communication that there was a delay with my appointment since they were wrapping up with another patient while waiting in the lobby. Like Dr. Smith, when I met with him, all three of them took their time answering any questions I had. My appointment wasn’t rushed, and I left even better than when I arrived. Thank you MyEyeDoctor!

~Karen~ is a ROCKSTAR. She went above and beyond to help me find contacts ( wanted color lenses but wanted to see options). She gave me suggestions, let me know options of colors and brands and was so patient with me while I picked out the colors. When I called back to place my order after trying out my trials at home I lucked out and got her on the phone again-- she figured it all out for me and my normal lenses and even price matched for me. It's hard to find customer service like this anywhere any more - and I am very thankful I was lucky enough to have stumbled upon her.
