“Simply amazing.
Laurie senses pain and restriction in my body, and she releases it!
I am so grateful to have found her!!”
Club Pilates
“I was a part of a try it session group with a friend who is a member. It was relaxing and challenging at the same time. I’ve never tried it before and I didn’t feel out of place at all. Maybe I’m crazy, but I felt a change in my posture when I walked out to leave. Impressive intro class and instructor, plus FUN…..can’t ask for more.”
