“I needed a railing on my front steps replaced and Drim delivered! He answered on my first time calling and was very flexible with arranging a day to do the work. He was great with communicating when trying to find the materials I requested. He showed up as promised and got to work. The job was a little tricky because of issues with the existing steps, but he and Bes worked through sundown to get the job done. “David Wickes has done many projects, large and small, around our house. Like many homes in the area, age has caused everything in our house, including floors, walls, and door openings, to go slightly off-kilter. David is always keenly aware of the special issues that an older home presents when repairs or renovations are involved. He replaced our ugly, drafty, metal front door with a beautiful triple pane glass and wood door; he patiently figured out how to hang the new door properly in our slanted door opening. He also replaced a slipshod folding closet door that had been installed during an earlier renovation with a set of bespoke solid wood doors. David seems to take great joy in tracking down the perfect crystal doorknob or time-period appropriate moulding to make our house look its best. (He is also good at reparing damage inflicted on that beautiful moulding by exuberant puppies). I highly recommend David!“
