Anderson Property Services, LLC
“Great experience with Anderson Property Services! We had our third floor/loft converted into a livable entertainment space and office. In my opinion, the project was big as it included not only cosmetic work, but also electrical work and some HVAC work. Andy and crew were able to coordinate easily with subcontractors as needed to ensure everything was done properly and efficiently. Shout out specifically to Dave, who was here more days than anybody else, and his strong attention to detail with the trim work. All crew members were extremely friendly and respectable. They made sure not to leave a mess behind and we’re careful when walking through other parts of the house to get in and outside. Looking forward to using the company for other home projects in the future!”
Affordable Home Remodeling
“Highly recommend Affordable Hime Remodeling. Mike and his team did an exceptional job on our bathroom remodel. I was having surgery and needed the bathroom finished prior. Mike had promised it would be finished the day of, they worked tirelessly seven days for two straight weeks and got the bathroom completed ahead of time, even with a minor/major hiccup they encountered that added more days to the job. The transformation that they did to the bathroom is beyond amazing. It is absolutely beautiful. We went from a tub to a walk in shower with a seat. It’s better than what I had imagined. Not only are they great workers and do a beautiful job; they are so kind, courteous, and neat, they treat our house as if it were their own. They cleaned up every night before they left and at the end of the job, you never would have known we had contractors in the house doing work. We love Mike and John. We look forward to having them back for our next project.”
