We had an outstanding experience with John. A leak from our plumbing stack required the plumbers to open up a large section of the wall and ceiling in our bathroom in order to fix the issue. I called John to repair the damage and he got back to me promptly and started on the project right away. This was much appreciated as the bathroom couldn’t be used until the holes were patched. John clearly explained what he needed to do, how long it would take, and provided a very detailed proposal.
