“Very pleased with the service I got from Laurel! I got a notice from JWA that I had a leak in my main water line and had 5 days to fix it or risk getting my water cut off. JoAnn at Laurel returned my call promptly, provided a detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done, and their estimate was almost $5000 (yes, you read that right) less than the one I got from a "big name" competitor! They completed the work quickly and professionally and stayed within the original estimate even though they hit a couple of snags during the water line replacement. I will definitely use Laurel next time I have any plumbing problems.“

This man spent the entire day fixing, cleaning and replacing parts on my furnace that hasn't been touched in 25 years Just to ensure the safety of my family.After everything was said and done, and he fired up the furnace.
