“We got quote's for a ductless heating and cooling system. Allied beat everyone's quote by thousands which made us a little skeptical but we went with them anyway. In the end all we did was save money.Two years later after getting use to the system we noticed out living room wasn't heating evenly throughout the room so we gave them a call. They came out (promptly) and decided that the head unit wasn't in the best location so they agreed to move it to the best location for Free!We couldn't be more happy with this company and highly recommend them. “I called this morning for a malfunctioning natural gas furnace and by this afternoon Josh of Bovard Heating and Cooling was at my residence. This was my first contact with Bovard, but for my future needs in heating and cooling I will be calling Bovard Heating and Cooling. From my original phone call this morning the lady that I spoke to was so kind and pleasant. She was nothing but polite and professional. Now for Josh, the technician, I can't begin to say so much positive comments for him. Josh prior to entering my home put on foot coverings. To make a long story short Josh was so friendly , cordial and very easy to communicate with. I commend him for his professionalism and knowledge of my gas furnace. He took the time to explain everything to me relative to what he was doing plus he gave me the cost prior to doing anything. To Bovard, Josh is a keeper and I recommend that you keep him on the payroll. He is an asset to Bovard Heating and Cooling. In the future if I have any heating needs I will be calling Bovard and I will be requesting Josh to service my furnace.Service: Heating system repair“

“The oil level got below a risky level recently at our aunt's house and she was not on a oil delivery schedule for days. With some coordination with our cousins, we called Sel-Lo and Dianna who was very understanding of the situation was able to get a delivery of oil before going empty which very well could have caused the water pipes to freeze.Thanks again for good service and compassion.“

“Caporuscio's has been my HVAC and umbing team since I moved to Altoona in 2021. I have had EXCELLENT service including installing new AC, furnace maintenance, clogged external sewer line, duct cleaning, moving plumbing and gas hookups for washer and gas dryer. They have been courteous, kind, on time, efficient, respectful of my home, and friendly office staff. They came the same day for repairs, and scheduled the maintenance and installation within a week or two of my request. During my furnace cleaning this summer, the tech found water in the bottom of the furnace due to a clogged drain. He cleared the clog, and realigned the piping to the drain. Problem solved and no extra charge. Estimates on work were spot on. I am loyal to Caporuscio's because they are loyal to me. Highly recommend.“
