Called them.this morning 2 hours later they came.out repaired my hot water heater in no time at all!! The guy was very respectful and answered any questions I had!! I will definitely be using them for future repairs if i need any done!!
Laurel not only answered the phone the first time I called but they came out quickly and spent several hours putting a temporary fix on the faulty sump pump backup. Ken and Kevin were professional, knowledgeable and very capable! They told me things as they went along and made arrangements to return for permanent remediation. They even contacted the insurance company, which were of no help at all, and helped me make honest and informed decisions. JoAnn in the office kept in touch with me through the whole process. I would never hesitate to call them again! But I’m sure this particular problem has been solved. Thank you, Laurel!
