I am receiving wonderful treatment for my shoulder tendonitis at the Hockessin location. My excellent PT is Alison Walker and my excellent primary PT Assistant is Jen. Other good PT Assistants that treated me only once are Kristen and Alli. They and all the other staff I've interacted with (Danielle, Judy, Sarah, Lily, Julia, Olivia and Brittany) are terrific! After first encounter they recognized me and greeted me by name, even in passing! They all demonstrated the posted core values (Respect, Honesty, Teamwork, Family and Enthusiasm). Lovin" it!!
The therapists, assistants, aides, and administrative staff at PPT are professional and personable. My care team listened to my concerns and worked with me to develop an action plan for my rehabilitation. Steve Rapposelli, the owner, is an excellent communicator and has established a culture of kind, compassionate care in an encouraging environment. I actually looked forward to my PT sessions!
When my leg pain was excruciating and it was projected to be a herniated disc, your DPT (Alex) answered & respected my request for your Performance Physical Therapy specialist(s) concerning nerves. He was personable & professional in getting me set up for the best plan to address underlying issues. Six sessions later, my pain has substantially subsided!
