Locker rooms are well maintained, always clean, although some visitors have noted issues like old toilets, broken soap dispensers, and moldy shower curtains. Despite being an older gym, it is kept together well, and the facilities are in good condition. The equipment, while a bit old, is well organized and taken care of. The space includes a fitness bar offering great preworkout and post-workout options, like the Peanut Butter cup, which is highly recommended. Visitors appreciate the good lighting, great temperature, and overall energy of the place. Although some equipment is reported as continually broken, the welcoming environment and friendly staff contribute to a supportive fitness journey. Overall, it’s a lovely place to get the workout done, making it a top choice for those looking to move their fitness journey.

The Staff here are absolutely incredible, and there is a wide range of up to date equipment for any kind of workout. Every time I come in I am greeted with friendly smiles from all the workers, and I see them encouraging gym goers through their workouts every time I'm in there. Love this place!
