My 90 year old parents, with a myriad of health issues, had water coming out of their ac unit in the basement, with air constantly running and temp going up instead of down. Called around 9am and Phil came out at 10:45am. He texted me when he would be there and was there when he said he'd be there. He was so respectful of my parents and went straight to work. It's an old system. It was frozen with thick ice and he held a hair dryer for awhile trying to speed up the ice melting so he could get to the repairs. Just had my house heater, HW heater and A/C replaced. These guys were awesome - their work was meticulous (you could tell they were proud of their work), they were fast and efficient, kept a clean work area, kept to their time commitments, took the time to explain what they were doing and why, and all for a fair price. And then they diagnosed and fixed a leak I didn't know I had in my mini-split AC & heating system (installed a few years ago by another contractor). Highly recommended!
