During a recent rainstorm our roof started to leak. I texted Jamie & my husband followed up with a phone call to the company. We didn’t think it was the roof, but we didn’t know who else to call.

Jamie fit us into the schedule & was there early morning. His initial assessment was that water was somehow getting in via our in the wall AC. He said he would have some of his guys the next day to see what they could do.

The roofing experts came early the next morning to further assess things. They found a small space around our window & filled it with silicone. They double checked the roof & found that it was definitely solid. They didn’t have to seal the hole, but they did anyway because they wanted to help & because they have integrity. Even though it wasn’t the roof, they went above & beyond what is necessary. And they didn’t charge us anything! Eventually we will close in the AC area & get new siding.
