He uses top end materials that will last the longest and perform the best. We had our old chimney stuccoed and fixed, new attic fan, gable vents installed, house roof (w/ridge vent), deck roof, entrance roof and shed roof (also w/ridge vent) done in a very timely manner (the main roofs were all done in 1 day!).
