“We had wind damage to our roof from a recent storm, over the Fourth of July holiday weekend, which ripped back the ridge vent shingles that then allowed water to get into our attic. Contacted Tip Top and Hassan came out the next morning to assess the situation and fully explained what needed to be done to repair the damage. The job was quoted and we entered the contract same day. The next morning, Mario arrived and made the repairs and examined the entire roof for any issues giving us peace of mind that we would have no other concerns. Everyone at Tip Top was great to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices and not at all pushy or over-stating what needed to be done. Would highly recommend and would be the company I would call if I ever needed roofing needs again.“

During a recent rainstorm our roof started to leak. I texted Jamie & my husband followed up with a phone call to the company. We didn’t think it was the roof, but we didn’t know who else to call.

Jamie fit us into the schedule & was there early morning. His initial assessment was that water was somehow getting in via our in the wall AC. He said he would have some of his guys the next day to see what they could do.

The roofing experts came early the next morning to further assess things. They found a small space around our window & filled it with silicone. They double checked the roof & found that it was definitely solid. They didn’t have to seal the hole, but they did anyway because they wanted to help & because they have integrity. Even though it wasn’t the roof, they went above & beyond what is necessary. And they didn’t charge us anything! Eventually we will close in the AC area & get new siding. When we are ready to do that we will certainly contact Jamie & Trenton Roofing & Siding! Thank you gentleman for helping to make our Christmas special & dry! ?“

“Accurate Roofing did an incredible job replacing the 40-year old roof and gutter system on our modified cape and replacing the flashing and custom wooden shingles on all three of the dormers. This was a complex job on a very steep roof and every single wooden shingle had to be measured and hand cut to fit on the dormers. Thomas did an excellent job explaining all of the options for the project and every step of the process in detail before starting the job. He provided recommendations based on what was needed and never tried to upsell any aspect of the project— to the contrary. He clearly identified ways to defer certain aspects of the project if needed to meet budget constraints.
