Also, we had seen a specialist for here eye condition, but Dr. Prazer tested for kore issues and the vision therapy has been remarkably more helpful that what the children's hospital specialist did with her. “I had a condition where I could not see out of my eye and it was also causing me to be vey dizzy. It was over the holiday break and there were not any eye doctors open. I happened to find Dr. Cargill online and it said he was open. Sometimes just because you are open doesn't mean you are the best one around, but I knew I had to be seen immediately. Let me tell you it was the best "leap of faith" I had ever taken. Not only was Dr. Cargill very thorough and professional, but he also found something that every other doctor had missed (including a hospital). He really took the time to get to the root of the problem and explain everything to me. He then referred me to the hospital because he was afraid of the severity. He not only called me the next day to check on me, he also called me a few days later (On a Sunday) to check on me again since he knew I was being released from the hospital. This was the best experience I have ever had with a doctor in my entire life!! This kind of care and concern for your patients is not something that you learn in medical school.“

Okay…and then there is their Master Class Receptionist Extraordinaire Yvonne. I have so many positive things to say about her that Google will probably cut me off at some point. If you had a world directory and filtered the results by “Immaculate Customer Service” you would find her name. Her voice and rapport is top notch. She is so welcoming and warm. I just want to hang out at the office and talk to her about life’s troubles and any and everything under the sun. She is a national treasure and we must protect her at all costs. If and when I start my own business I will do everything in my power to poach her to work for me. There are those people in life you will come across and meet and afterwards think to yourself “wow, they were really nice”, she’s one of them. Fortunately the whole team here is so good, but seriously even if the doctors were bad, I’d still probably come here just for Yvonne. Okay, I think I’ve gone on enough, but seriously I mean every word I’ve said. This place is the best and you have a customer for life.“
