Absolutely wonderful experience. I expected the final cost to be three times when I actually paid. Dr Liu was professional and very personable. She was very encouraging that I was making the right decision to get contact lenses. I stopped in initially to ask questions and an hour later I had finished an exam and had contacts in my eyes. I returned a week later to finish the process. The lady who assisted were exceptional.

The new manager Tonya, is exactly what this location needed! She is so personable and listened to all my concerns. She helped me pick out a great pair of glasses and maximize my insurance benefits. Could not be happier with my experience!

You're required to send a copy of your Rx just to get contact lenses. The email is a ridiculously long sequence of letters and numbers that even when confirmed correct, can't receive messages. The representative on the phone had no desire to actually help. They just wanted to hang up.
