First time here. Took my son for glasses. We had a prescription from another eye doctor. They have a big selection & all different prices. They were very nice and helpful. My son was trying to choose between a few different frames and they were glad to give him their opinions on them. We placed our order very easily. They told us it would take 7 to 10 days to come in and it came in sooner than expected. When we went to pick them back up the tech that helped us was so sweet and so nice. It was a pleasure being seen by Dr Banyas and his staff at this Walmart Vision Center. He had very thorough explanations of my medical concerns and questions. I Actually learned a lot of useful information from Dr Banyas and didn't feel rushed out of the office like some other places. He was very friendly, deeply knowledgeable and helpful. The staff were great and informed me of my billing and insurance concerns upfront. Checkout process was quick and easy. I was pleasantly surprised for this level of customer service and patient care at a Walmart. Better than most other Eye Doctor offices I've been to. Would highly reccomend to family and friends. I didn’t know if my rambunctious toddler son’s glasses could be fixed after the hinge bent and the arm fell off, but the woman at Walmart vision was so kind and helpful and had them fixed in 10 minutes even though we didn’t purchase the glasses from there. I’m glad I thought to check them out! I’ll definitely be back if I have future issues with my glasses
