“Had a window broken during one of the many windstorms this spring, went to a local glass shop, they specialize in glass showers not windows. Uncle bob's was kind enough to recommend R&R, I called, brought the window over , normally a morning drop would be ready that afternoon. The in house repair guy was on an emergency house call, so mine wouldn't be ready until next afternoon. Got a call that evening, will be ready for pick up 8: AM. Did I mention the opening at my house was during the recent heatwave. Had the window back in place by 10 AM. I won't hesitate to return for my window repair needs, not to mention recommending R&R to anyone else that could use glass replacement. Cost was very reasonable especially the short turnaround time“
