“A tree came through my son's roof. Since he was a new homeowner, I called around for assistance. Ted, the owner of Rock Roofing answered the phone at around 7 p.m. and was very accommodating to my concerns, eventhough I wasn't the homeowner. He dispatched a crew who was there within about an hour to make sure there were no safety concerns. Ted called me back to give this concerned mom an update. They will be out this a.m. for the repairs, once the tree is removed and they have the access they need. A+ service“
