First and foremost, James is a professional. He is also a very nice guy who is easy to talk to. James took my call (which was a cold call, as I'm a new customer for him). I described what my issue was, which was minor - the kind of thing that many in his line of work might not take. And if they did, my guess is that getting on their schedule could be difficult. James knew my issue was minor, came over within a day to assess. The work was done and dusted inside of a couple of days. Very pleased customer here!
