“We had Warren install a new H2i Mitsubishi Hyper Heat system in our home recently. Everything was smooth and easy, the team from Melinda to the installers themselves were all pleasant to deal with. I had them in last year and I was impressed with Melinda, she was especially thorough compared to the 7 or 8 other contractors I had in. Unfortunately, that system failure was an emergency and they were out 6 to 8 weeks at the time, however when I went to redo my downstairs (larger) unit this year, this elephant doesn't forget... With Melinda, everything was explained to us up front and done exactly as described and in record time as well. The install team was pleasant, good communicators and clean - my basement is cleaner than when they showed up (embarrassed to admit!). Also important: Warren was significantly less for the exact same thing others were offering, and they are a 3 diamond dealer for Mitsubishi which means maximum warranty. If considering a hyper heat or Carrier system, they are experts. Ultimately, it's hard to beat their price, performance and professionalism. I doubt you'll find a better combo.“

“A local well known fuel company came out to our house and said that they couldn’t fix our furnace due to not being able to find the right parts. I called Cooper’s and spoke to a very nice lady and explained everything. She transferred me to the Service manager who was very helpful. Without him coming to my house, he was able to locate the parts. I did send him pictures and dimensions, which was spot on. The gentleman who installed the parts was done in a timely manner and heat was produced. It did take 12 days to get the parts in, but that’s just the way it was due to the age of my furnace. “I have an older home (55 yrs). Split level. All electric. Was considering a standard HVAC with ducts or mini splits. I've travelled a lot in the past outside the U.S. for work. Mini Splits are everywhere because of their efficiency. After running some numbers, I decided mini splits were the best for my home.Would recommend Elite Comfort and Constantin to all my friends and family. Pretty awesome experience with him from start to finish. It's a no brainer to work with him if mini splits system is what you're looking for.In June/July 2023 we did one side of the house (kitchen, living room, dining room and downstairs rec room for kids ( two units inside). We had exhausted all our efforts with what little knowledge we could find on the topic, but we needed to call a professional before we messed something up! I called Mr. Mendez on 4/13. He was at out house before 8am on 4/14, and our AC was diagnosed & fixed & service paid for before 9am same day.
