“From start to finish, my project roof replacement due to hail damage was great. From the initial contact with my salesman Nathaniel. I was given information which I found to be true and reliable all the way through the project. From the initial insurance claim to the removal of my solar panels (yes I have 21 solar panels that had to be removed) all the scheduling was handled by the representative with expertise and regard for our well being keeping us well informed during the time that transpired from initial contact to the completion of the project.
The solar company that was procured by the roofing company at my behest was also very efficient in their execution of the removal and reinstallation of my solar panels after the job was done.
The roofing crew was excellent as they arrived around 7:30 am and by 4:30 pm everything was cleaned up, picked up and except for the dumpster (which the garbage company was contacted to remove) I wouldn't have known they had even been to my house except for the new roof that was now complete. The crew was courteous taking care of my property while tearing off a double shingled roof and then reinstalling what was purchased. When they were done the entire area around my house was clear of any nails, paper and debris including my deck in the back of my house which is quite large.
I think you can tell the satisfaction I have experienced from everyone involved with my project. I think Guardian provides a great value.

“The crew did wonderful job. They where very fast and efficient. What seemed like a blink of an eye the old siding was down and the new siding was up. The team also was wonderful when it was discovered that an issue came up with my tv and internet cable. Working together with my telecom provider the team assisted in a new cable being run and completely hidden behind the new siding.“

“This company replaced my roof in 2021. I thought everything was done correctly until we developed mold in our attic and were notified that the roof was not properly ventilated. This is also a requirement of the roof warranty so I'm assuming my warranty is void. Mold was remediated and I have called to see if they can help with the ventilation situation. 4 phone calls over the last few weeks, no response.

If you decide to use this company, hope that you dont have a problem after. They will never return your call.

Update: I was able to get in contact with our previous project manager from USA Roofmasters. He was responsive and set up for a crew to come out and install the proper inflow ventilation. It may have taken a while, but they did make it right in the end.“
