“I have always been skeptical about chiropractors for a few reasons. For starters, I was afraid of going to the chiropractor because I had heard so many bad stories of things that have happened to other people. Another reason was that I just didn’t like the sound of “cracking”. This contributed to my fear. I have suffered from headaches/migraines for the majority of my life and have also been experiencing lower back pain for quite a few years. My best friend has been trying to get to me go to a chiropractor for 15+ years and then my husband also started telling me I should go because it would help with my headaches/migraines. So I finally decided to take my best friend up on her recommendation and go see Dr. Connelly. Not only is he personable, but he helped me to feel more calm and relaxed in my first appointment than I thought was going to be possible. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing, why he was doing it, and how these adjustments can help me improve approve time. Over the last few months, I have seen improvement in the amount of headaches/migraines I get. I used to get anywhere from 2-4 a week. Since getting adjusted I’ve had 4 headaches/migraines (over a 4 month period), which also means that I have not had to take my prescription migraine medicine, or any medication near as much. Dr. Connelly has helped me to overcome my fear of chiropractors, as well as helping me improve so that I am able to enjoy the little things in life. I have learned so much about how the body works over the last few months and I am so grateful for coming to see Dr. Connelly.”

“Megan is MY FAVORITE! I used to book with Stu, but he retired and I was worried I'd wind up with someone...meh. You never know who you're going to get when you book online! I went with Megan over 6mo ago and I am SO happy I did. Sometimes when you go for a massage with the same person every time, you get the same massage every time because they kind of go through the motions. Not Megan. I do not need to tell her what is bothering me, she always seems to know just what my body needs, sometimes massaging each strand of muscle individually. Each massage is unique, addressing whatever is needed at that time. She's kind, attentive, and if she ever left Spavia, I'd follow her. She's that good. The atmosphere is so relaxing and welcoming from the moment you walk in. I have had manicures that have been dip, gel, involved tips as well as intricate nail art. Sarah is so knowledgeable and creative. Any time I have been rough with my nails and broken or damaged one, they have bent over backwards to fit me in to fix it. Afterwards we went into the salt room, which is put together so nicely w/ blankets, comfy chairs and foot stools. When we finished we were able to shop for some a nice selection of goodies, settling on salt stones for our bathrooms. Finally, Damian was so helpful and kind throughout our visit.
