This is my absolute favorite thing I do for chronic pain relief, and self care. I have very complex health issues, and Rachel has helped me get major relief with each massage. I do the pain eraser, and the integrative. Rachel has helped me learn so much about my body; what certain muscles are, what parts of the body affect other parts, and what exercises to specifically do for those body parts. I always leave learning something new, and in substantial pain relief.

I found Rachel over a year ago and now I go regularly to see her and refuse to see anyone else. She’s so thorough, always make sure that my massage is exactly what I need, and has So much knowledge. Her explanation of her methods and techniques puts you at ease, knowing that she is well informed and educated in her craft.
