I have 2 words for you: Shane Foisy.I have spent 10+ years unsatisfied with the massages I've received until I met Shane. Don't get me wrong, I've left feeling relaxed… sure.. but unsatisfied because the knots in my muscles were still there with very little relief from my pain for only a short amount of time. But Shane has changed all of that. I see him for a 2 hour deep tissue session as often as I can go.When I first started seeing him I was dealing with numbness down my arms, hip impingement and pain in my upper back. 5 stars isn't a high enough of a rating. Been going there for about a year maybe a little more. Always walk out feeling refreshed and ready for the day and weeks to come until my next session

I was immediately made to feel welcome. The room I had my massage was comfortable and relaxing—the heated table was bliss! Darlene gave me a wonderful massage - perfect pressure so it felt great but also worked out the knots. She checked in with me throughout to make sure I was happy with everything. Really lovely experience. I can't wait to go back!
