Wow! I just went to Shane today for a Deep Tissue Massage for my IT Band Syndrome. The massage itself was torture ( yes screaming profanities yes and hitting Shane) but I’m 6 hours post massage now and I can walk without pain and my it band feels almost normal!!! It was hell but so worth it! Thanks a million!!!!

About 4 years ago I went to MTMC for the first time to work on a tight quad. Nicole was great and focused on the quad and I left feeling so much better. From there I have gone to MTMC ever since! Their full body massages are amazing and they cater to your needs. I’ve had muscle issues in my back recently and they have used cupping and Gua Sha for no extra charge. They just want you leaving feeling better than when you came in! Even though I am on a college kid budget, I still make sure I schedule a massage for when I am back home from breaks. Nicole is my go to but all three of the massage therapist are amazing. If you are looking for an affordable, friendly, accommodating and professional massage therapy place this is the place to go!! Can’t wait to be home for spring break or Easter so I can get another massage :)
Highly recommend! I saw Nicole when I had a flare up of a back issue. I know the issue I have is with my QL and I know the stretches I need to do from a previous physical therapist but I needed pain relief! Nicole was incredible, she was gentle early on as I was in significant pain, but was able to work the knot out of the muscle. I've had multiple flare ups of my QL in the past and this is without a doubt the fastest I've ever recovered. Can't recommend them enough!
