WARNING for 1st timers:
Check spam for confirmations and make sure to fill out forms BEFORE arriving. (Also text reminder was sent but not rec'd).
I arrived on time to an empty front desk. When they came out after a few mins, I was told I need to fill out intake forms. I lost 30 mins of my 1 hour massage between filling out forms, changing and a broken locker. The front desk did not mention losing time when I arrived, only 15 mins later as I was answering more questions than I have for specialists. Would give 5+ Stars for services, but 3 for admin. You will NOT be reminded to fill out these forms after your initial appt Email.
