“I have been personally visiting critter care for a few years now, and I have family and friends who have been going to this clinic for years.I take 2 of my male dogs hereBoth of the veterinary doctors Doctor Lorie and Doctor Donald are amazing. They always hear out all concerns , they are honest and kind. The entire staff is very friendly compassionate people who actually listen and truly care. All of the Techs are super awesome, friendly and very intelligent I appreciate all of the technicians tooI really appreciate that the care team ensures that their patients get necessary care, while also being mindful of costs of things.I love my dogs and being a client at critter care has incredibly enriched my life as a dog mom.I know the doctors and staff sees a lot of patients. But they are so personable and kind .. once you go you’ll definitely feel special. Thank you to everyone at critter care for your kind hearts and good work. I love my dogs, and I’m so happy they have awesome doctors and Technicians who take good care of my pets and help me continue to take good care of them ! Max and Oliver ❤️“

My dogs always get a bundled service for their vaccines and check up. I also had my one pup have surgery here for his nose and they did a phenomenal job and I was completely at ease. They truly care about your pets!“

“We have 2 toy rat terriers and needed a place to board them for the weekend. They had only been away from us once in 6 years. Also, the little one does not like strangers. I was so nervous about leaving them an entire weekend.Courtney worked with me as if I was her best friend. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Ashley took us on a tour of the place prior to our dogs staying.I could feel that the people working there genuinely love animals.I know our dogs were not a walk in the park but they handled them like Champs!Chaddsford Animal Hospital is my first choice for our fur babies. What a relief to know that should we need to board our dogs again, we have the perfect place for them to stay.Thank you to the doctor and staff, as I am sure our dogs, Mike&Ike were a handful.“

“CAUTION, PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU DECIDE ........Our dog got very sick.Upon taking him to this vet we were told we coukd pay $150.00 for quick blood and get answers in 30 minutes instead of waiting for days.This quick test was gunna tell us if anything very serious was wrong with his organs,well we got the results and were told that they didn't aee anything that woukd cause concern,that his liver and kidneys were fine. We were sent home with steroids. Well our dog died within 7 days of our visit,when we called to let the vet know we were told that our dog was very very sick . The lady on the phone said she can see in our chart that someone tried to send us an email but it never went through,but no further effort was givin to try and contact us...... Uuuummmmm WHAT!......she said sorry and that is it,they had no answers as to why nobody ever tried to call us,or even make an effort to reach us in any way what so ever,nor did we get an answer as to why we paid extra money for fast blood work that obviously either doesn't really work,OR the test was never even looked at in this office. He may have died anyways but at least we would have known the outcome,instead we were living on a dream and a prayer,(and the word of our vet)that he was gunna be ok. In conclusion I thought it be important to let others know or at least have some information before relying on these so called " fast results" tests,to not put all your eggs in that basket. Someone dropped the ball on this one,and our dog isn't around to run after that ball or any other ball again.BTW we were never givin a refund and we have never heard from this office again. Hopefully one day they will realize that our animals are our children,their lives and care should be taken seriously as if they were humans cuz their loss cuts us just as deep“

“My chihuahua Pippin had an annual dental procedure today, and I was blown away by the entire VDS team! His initial exam with Dr. Herrmann was very thorough, and he took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had. The day before Pip’s scheduled procedure, the VDS team went over all the pre-visit instructions over the phone. Drop-off was a breeze, and each team member greeted Pip very kindly (even though he’s a nervous shy boy). Throughout the procedure I received multiple updates about how it was going, what treatments were recommended and why. Their anesthesia team did a wonderful job managing any discomfort, and upon pickup Pip was happy and wagging his tail despite needing a few extractions. They even put him in a little sling to carry around so he could recover from anesthesia in the comfort of a vet nurse’s arms! At discharge, my partner and I received detailed notes & a great overview of what Pip had done, plus we even got to see his dental radiographs (so cool!) along with Dr. Herrmann’s explanation & interpretation. I cannot speak highly enough of VDS Chadd’s Ford communication skills, comprehensive knowledge & attention to detail. I was completely at ease leaving my baby in their care today, and it was well worth the long travel. 10/10 experience, Pip will most certainly be returning next year. Thank you all! ?“

“Dr Jimenez did a wonderful job with my very sore mare... she responded so well to the chiropractic and acupuncture care. He was thorough and showed me how to help stretch her out and had suggestions on feed and supplements to help.His staff (Lauren) is fantastic.. she is super responsive to emails and calls and was a ton of help with supplement suggestions when my mare showed she was picky. I highly recommend this practice and will continue to use them!! Very quality care!!“

“Foxfield Vet was so incredible and always took such amazing care of our pup, whether it was due to an emergency or just a routine annual appointment. We moved and had to switch vets otherwise I would never take our dog anywhere else!! They are extremely attentive and caring, and the front desk staff is wonderful as well (they always called after an appointment to check up on how our dog was doing, even just after getting a vaccine or nail trim). We will miss coming here!!“

“Dr Pote is very thorough on his exams. He gets us in for emergency appointments same day. He cares deeply for his patients. He handles them lovingly. His prices cant be beat. Top notch and would highly recommend.“

“He was a great Veterinarian. I took animals to him for years until his retirement. He was great with them and seemed to know his job very well.He didn't charge an arm and a leg. He seemed to care about the animals more than most. He was reasonable and he could know what was wrong by just looking at them sometimes. He was always great with the animals and I miss him horribly. He looked at my one animal and said I believe she has a thyroid disease. He treated her and she recovered quite quickly and went on to live many years afterwards. He was a great Veterinarian.“

“We just brought our dog, Ollie, for his first visit here. It was a great experience! All of the staff were welcoming and meeting with Dr. Todd exceeded my expectations. He was very kind and personable, extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about animals. He did not at all make us feel rushed as we had experienced at our previous vet. He gave us plenty of opportunities to ask questions and answered them clearly and thoroughly. Ollie was the calmest he had ever been in that environment so I could tell it was a great fit for him too. I can't recommend Dr. Todd enough. As a major bonus, the cost of our visit was surprisingly affordable for the level of service we received. Thank you to the whole staff for all that you do.“

My Gia was diagnosed with SARDS and Lymphoma, and the doc was able to address and suggest without hesitation. Highly recommend!!!“
