Optimal Massage & Movement
“The best! I’ve been a client for over 20 years. Jeanenne is phenomenal and the yoga practice is outstanding. A good mix of restoration, flow and meditation. The instructors are experienced and thoughtful. It’s been amazing to find a community of like minded people.”
The Healing Sanctuary
“The soundbath with Michael was lovely. He is an intutitve drummer and genuine in his approach. Only 4 stars due to the overbearing and controlling approach to registering. How many emails and texts and calls does one need?!! And why was it so critical to know if there would be 4 or 5 people at a group soundbath? Only blankets needed to be set up. The fifth person is a cancer patient with frequent health crises, so last minute was his only option.”
