From the greeting when I entered, to the environment, to the compassionate way Michael explained what was going to happen, to his expert work with the different instruments - bowls, drums, gongs - it was peaceful, relaxing and I felt energized afterwards. I wore sweats and t-shirt and was very comfortable. We laid down with mats and pillows and had a blanket and eye covering. Essential oils were provided. I was scheduled for a major spine surgery on Feb. 4, 2026. L4-L5 Lumbar Post Fusion. Just 38 hours before I was scheduled to be there, the insurance company denied my surgery. “Went for a massage and facial. Overall great experience at the spa. Suggest to call and confirm appointment before, book my services about a month in advance but was called the night before close to 9pm saying massage was double booked and if I could change. Luckily I could but disappointed with late notice since there is a 24hr cancellation policy“

“I have used this facility several times for playing tennis or taking lessons. The facility is great with lot of indoor courts. They have adult as well as kids clinics, lessons throughout the year. The court fees for reservations are expensive compared to other places. The parking lot is congested during busy times.“
