“I had a concern about a year after installation where the shingles fell too far over the gutter line on one side. Vincent came out and inspected it and provided a solution, he was very friendly and understanding of my concerns. He even inspected the rest of the roof to make sure everything looked good and helped us clean the back side gutters. I was very glad that the company backed their work and went out of their way to make me feel good after my concerns were addressed.“

“We very, very highly recommend family restoration! We needed a roof replaced so we reached out to several local roofing companies for estimates. The estimate from family restoration was reasonable and in line with two of the other estimates. We selected the restoration because the sales approach was absolutely no pressure contract was in simple, easy to understand language in a no nonsense approach. The work was delayed a few days due to weather, but on the day of the installation, the doorbell rang promptly at 7:30 to let us know they were about to begin, and they completed the roof the same day. They came back the next day to install the gutters and downspouts. Every aspect about their work was professional, and they left our property cleaner than it was when they arrived! Hopefully, we never have to replace our roof again in our lifetime, but if we do, we will call family restoration!“
