“I want to take the time out to review my experience with Countrywide Enterprises. I would like to start off with the fact that when I came in contact with this company, I had just suffered a water damage in my secondary home, I was in a traumatic state of mind, and I was shocked, worrisome, naïve, confused and unexperienced. I was not a brand new homeowner, but this was the first time that I was exposed to this type of situation, 90% of my house was destroyed. I spoke to Arthur Garry, the owner of CWE, who was referred to me and it was the best thing I could have asked for and needed. Arthur is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and honest. For someone who have never dealt with the insurance company, I was faced with intimidation and dishonesty but speaking with Arthur, he reassured me that he was going to help me throughout the process. It took 14 months but Arthur kept his word and he was there and my claim was successfully paid and my house was reconstructed. My house is even more beautiful and well-constructed than before, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Everyone at CWE was very helpful and professional which is much appreciated but Katelyn was a sweetheart, she would call me or email me with updates or for my opinion on the reconstruction process.
