I visited the salon to have my roots done and will never go back. The salon is very dirty, there was even still hair on the chair/floor from a cut the night before. My stylist, Jen, seemed to be very experienced and loves what she does, however in the dying process my hair line was done completely uneven and I was never we wiped of excess dye on my skin. After washing out the dye I was barely dried and sent to pay - never asked how I’d like my hair, curled, straight, completely dried even. Then the price was outrageous.. I’ve paid less for a basic brown root touch up in NYC. To top it all off, I can only assume it was semipermanent dye as within 2 weeks full review

If I could give this place 0 stars I would have.First off it was DISGUSTING. hair everywhere, it looked like it hadn't been swept or cleaned in months. Secondly, I was there to receive just a trim haircut. I ended up with a chunk of length missing on the left side of my head towards the back. It sticks out when I put my hair up. Not a mistake you can fix. This whole experience took less than 15 minutes including washing and conditioning my hair. No wonder she screwed up. I should have known better than to get my hair cut at a chain salon. NEVER get your hair cut here.

Amber is AMAZING!! She took her time to make sure it was perfect. She answered all questions my daughter and I had. She super nice. I have taken my 16 year old so many places for a cut and she was either super upset or just ok with it. I have not seen her so happy about her hair!! I will never go any place else!
