Checked in from home.... waited for the text stating I would be up in about 15 min. Then came down. Waited only 5 min. Fabulous service. Corinne gave me a spectacular haircut. Allysa the manager was so professional checking me in when I arrived. Very pleasant environment. I am truly happy with my haircut and experience. I really needed to relax and I did. Corinne made me look amazing.... thank you both for a lovely time... see you again soon... the Paul Mitchell whip was perfect... I will be back to get some when it comes in... 10☆

This location is severely understaffed. BUT - The stylist there was a seasoned professional and handled phones, checks-in and queries a like a champ. She held her poise and smile, her composure never waivering.I do not remember her name, but Great Clips Corp, that girl deserves serious recognition. She held down the fort SOLO.

Nice people. Be aware there is a large turnover of staff so if you really like someone they may not be there the next time you come back. The plaza has a Moe's as well as Dunkin Donuts and some other stuff while you're there
