Love getting my eyebrows waxed here. My only complaint is the chair is extremely uncomfortable for ADULTS. Please upgrade to a Full size seat for those of us larger women. It would truly make us feel appreciated.
Francine helped me find all of my makeup items and she was SO sweet, helpful and fun to talk to. I also got an eyebrow wax and lamination with Adrianna and my brows have NEVER looked better. She was so easy to talk to and made me feel so comfortable in her chair. The store manager was a total sweetheart and you can tell they have a great team. I love going to this location!!!
It was very busy, of course, but there were associates available to help me (a few times). I find that very impressive given the season. The store was nicely laid out but a bit understocked
