Let's also say how the owner did an incredible job to make my mom look so at peace so naturally beautiful, many funerals I have been to had so much make up and didnt look as good as this! I think seeing my mom like that made me feel more at peace knowing she looked so beautiful, thank you guys for literally making my mom look so gorgeous! “Born Vera Jayne Palmer on April 19, 1933, in Bryn Mawr, PA, Jayne Mansfield was an American actress best known for her bombshell curves and film roles during the 1950s and '60s. On June 29, 1967, while traveling between nightclub engagements, she was killed on Highway 90 between Slidell and New Orleans, Louisiana, when her car struck the back end of a tractor-trailer. Since we were in the area visiting family, my partner and I came to her final resting place, located at Fairview Cemetery in Pen Argyl. Her heart-shaped tombstone is one of the most notable features of the cemetery. Thank you to fellow Yelper Edward T for the discovery.“
