From all the funeral homes in East Stroudsburg Philip showed my family compaction from the moment we walked in threw his door. His soft spoken voice makes you feel comfortable. I used his funeral home 3 years ago for my dad and this year for my mom and I want to say, Thank You so much for treating me so kindly.
My sisters funeral was hosted a few months ago and I’m finally able to post my dissatisfaction. The “girl” that was working that day just sat in the corner . Had to ask her to show quest where the 1 tiny bathroom was located, had to ask her to bring additional seating, had to ask where the handicap entered was ( and this was a joke! Steep ramp with no rails ) the outside walkway is dangerous! Covered in leaves and broken, uprooted cement that you could not see!) guests were not greeted or any direction from the “working girl” or any staff for parking assistance. I do not recommend this place and would caution you. Go elsewhere!
