She had a couple selected and put aside for our appointment before we got there. She expressed clear knowledge during my exam and afterward helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses! I had my exam on the 19th of November, and was told that my glasses would be ready on the 25th approx. But! I received the phone call today (the 21st) to come pick them up! When I arrived, Nichole had my glasses ready to go and they fit perfect right out of the box! I then commented on 'anti-fogging' and Nikki went and grabbed an 'anti-fogging' product off the shelf. She knows her eye wear products well, and offered kind and personal customer service. These are honestly the best pair of glasses I have ever had! Thank you!”
