“Haven’t gotten glasses in years and didn’t know what to expect going here as I had earlier in the day cancelled an appointment with a nearby LensCrafters. And I’m glad I did and came to T.O.
The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. And the doctor made the entire process of the exam very easy and explained everything he was doing including how my vision changed over time needing just some tweaks to my prescription.
There were a solid amount of frames to choose from, not too little but at the same time not an over abundance which made picking them much easier.
Haven’t gotten the glasses yet, appointment was today, but so far the experience was excellent!
