“The manager, Maria, was so nice, sweet and kind to my son and I. She is a consummate professional and just the NICEST person. The entire staff there are exceptional and so easy to work with. My sons lenses got scratched very badly, very quickly. Maria assured us that it was a manufacturing issue and replaced them free of charge under warranty. No hassles or issues whatsoever.
