Was a little nervous going to my appointment, but I walked in and Linda gave me the biggest smile and greeting on a Monday morning! I had the pleasure of being cared for by Aida and then Trish (both techs) they were both extremely thorough explained everything to me and help me threw each test and answered all my questions. Both these women were extremely kind and thorough,I was a little apprehensive about the doctor being on a screen but he took his time was very thorough as well,I felt like he was in the room with us. Nice staff and a nice store. Lots of glasses to choose from. The remote aspect was new for me but It worked out well and I was able to get glasses. First time I haven't had an issue with the perscription so I will definitely come back. Highly recommend.

I had the most wonderful experience here today!! I booked an online appointment for 12pm today. At check in the staff were very pleasant and were transparent in telling me the location is on remote service & told me there is longer than normal wait times. They kindly answered my questions on my insurance and my questions about what a remote exam was. I was told it will take a minimum of 90 for my exam, I was there for a total of almost 3hrs. The technician, Eva was great and she was knowledgeable and pleasent, she even serviced me in the remote dr room too!
