I hadn’t seen an eye doctor in 25 years , so I wasn’t sure what to expect . The staff and the doctor went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable , while explaining the process very clearly to me. I was extremely pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of everyone in this office .
I had an exceptional experience with the practice. The doctor was precise, efficient and had great bedside manner. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. I was able to purchase two pairs of glasses with no pressure, and they took their time (even though their break was coming up). I’ll go again to get another pair of glasses.
I had problems with my prescription on my new glasses. Tanya and Dr. Werner went above and beyond to make things right. I experienced a level of customer service that is found almost never nowadays with most businesses.I am a customer for life and recommend them to everyone I talk to.Thank you Wind Gap Family Eye Care for your customer commitment and high level of professionalism!
