I sought bids from several plumbers to replace a leaking propane gas fired hot water heater either in-kind or with a tankless water heater. Working with Laura, the General Manager, on the proposal, contract, scheduling and payment was great - very professional. An experienced tech came out to plan the job. The two techs that did the job put in a long day and came back for a few hours the next day to finish some details. The completed job is very impressive. Functional, neat and professional looking with every detail attended to. They left the area as good as they found it. In my career I had the pleasure of working for many years with skilled crafts persons and technicians in an industrial environment, so I think I know good work when I see it. And Whitehall does good work.
I Was always having water come in my basement during a heavy rain. Contractors gave me estimates up to $7,000 to correct the problem. Northeast recommended going to a 6 inch seamless gutter and I've never had a problem with water in the basement again. Great work, Great price, very professional. Highly recommend!
