My husband and I had used a different local tax preparer for the last few years. They were HORRIBLE lack of communication, anytime we called them it felt like we were bothering them. We had to follow up constantly and all around we just did not feel welcome. We were recommended to Susquehanna Tax Solutions by a few family members and we worked with Tim and his wife. Both are very friendly and welcoming, and Tim KNOWS HIS STUFF! I had an issue where my employer entered our tax codes wrong and I would have had no idea had Tim not throughly looked through our taxes with us.
