“CPH just completed our annual preventative maintenance on our boiler and mini split unit in our recently purchased rental property. The technician, Ian arrived on time and called me afterwards to explain everything and was able to answer all of my questions. Their
technicians are very knowledgeable and the office staff is very friendly and make it easy to schedule repairs and maintenance to our properties. I highly recommend!”

“On Friday July 3rd, one of those100 degree days, our air conditioner stopped cooling. Called and was told I was fourth on the list. Late that afternoon the tech (Alex) arrived and within minutes diagnosed and fixed the problem. It was a holiday and he was tech on call, which meant a busy and hot day. He was congenial and professional. Appreciate the good service and employee”
