“James with Patriot Plumbing helped save our family a couple of thousand dollars. We had a branch and wire stuck in our sewer trap. We called another competing company, which was initially able to come sooner, but they could not get it out. We considered having $5k worth of work to dig 5ft down and replace the sewer trap. I called James to see if he would still be willing to come out and help. He came the following day and worked on fishing the items out to prevent us from having to dig up our backyard.
