I often come for blowouts as well. Imani, Gabi, Kaylee and Christina are great! The front desk staff is professional and accommodating. The Owner, Jay has become a personal friend. Honestly, there is no one like him. Best salon ever!“

I went with Megan over 6mo ago and I am SO happy I did. Sometimes when you go for a massage with the same person every time, you get the same massage every time because they kind of go through the motions. Not Megan. I do not need to tell her what is bothering me, she always seems to know just what my body needs, sometimes massaging each strand of muscle individually. Each massage is unique, addressing whatever is needed at that time. She's kind, attentive, and if she ever left Spavia, I'd follow her. She's that good. “It was sooo nice I love coming here. Their customer service is absolutely excellent. Today, I had forgotten my wallet at home and I noticed on the drive over. I had an appointment for 9:15 am and I believe I called at 8:55 am when I was a few minutes away to ask if I could still make my appointment, but pay later. I felt so bad but luckily the front desk was very accommodating and were able to send me a link so that I could pay when I got home (which I promptly did, of course).
